Terms of Service

Outposters (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by Click Clack Labs. By accessing or purchasing from outposters.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our products

We sell custom, made-to-order topographic art prints generated from publicly available trail and elevation data. Because each print is produced on demand and personalized to your selected trail, style, and size, it is a custom good made specifically for you.

2. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider (Shopify); we do not store your full card details. Placing an order constitutes an offer that we may accept by producing and shipping your item.

3. Made-to-order & cancellations

You have 1 hour after checkout to change trail, style or size, just reply to your confirmation email. After that window your order is in production and generally cannot be changed or canceled, but contact us anyway and we will do our best to help.

4. Shipping

Items are printed and rolled in a protective tube. Printed in 2 to 5 business days, then 3 to 5 in transit within the US, with free US shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Returns & our guarantee

We stand behind our work: 14-day reprint-or-refund guarantee, any reason, no return shipping. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or simply is not what you hoped for, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund it, your choice. 6. Intellectual property

The Site, our designs, logos, and rendering software are owned by Click Clack Labs and protected by applicable laws. Your purchase grants you a print for personal, non-commercial use; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or software.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” Trail data is derived from public sources and provided for decorative purposes, it is not intended for navigation or safety-critical use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Clack Labs’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Click Clack Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
