About the Ridgeline style
Ridgeline stacks dozens of real terrain cross-sections, each one a south-to-north elevation slice cut from the elevation model around the trail, one behind the other down the sheet. Lines in front occlude the lines behind them, so the stack builds real depth, and the mountains you see are the ones that stand around the route.
Drawn in cream on a near-black ground, it is the darkest and most minimal poster in the range, with a deliberate nod to the classic pulsar-plot record sleeve. Names and figures are kept small so the terrain stays the subject.
