The trail
The Wild River Wilderness is one of six wilderness areas in the White Mountain National Forest in the U.S. state of New Hampshire. The wilderness is located primarily in unincorporated Bean's Purchase, New Hampshire, near the Maine border, and is managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
